The story
What's Bob's story?
The referral. Bob’s son had done the homework and pointed him to Westhaven. Vacaville summers live in the 90s, the AC carried the house, and the bills carried the AC. Bob wanted a long-term answer, not a patch.
The design. Westhaven designed a SunPower system around the way the house actually ran, priced it straight, and installed it with the same in-house crew that answers the phone today.
The part that aged well. SunPower, the brand on his panels, has since gone through bankruptcy. Bob’s system never noticed. It runs, Power Guard watches it around the clock, and when it needs a hand, the crew that installed it is the crew that shows up. That is the point of buying from an installer instead of a brand: brands come and go, and your system should not care.
The result. The cooling season stopped being a budget event. The savings showed up quick and stayed, and the system keeps doing its quiet work, with a crew a phone call away.
