What does 100% in-house mean for you?
In much of this industry, the person on the roof works for whoever won the bid that week. Westhaven has never worked that way. Design, installation, and service all happen under one roof, ours, at the Yuba City headquarters.
Westhaven Power has completed more than 10,000 solar and battery installations across Northern California in 15+ years, all with in-house crews. A record like that is only possible because the crew is permanent. When we hire, we hire people we intend to keep.
