Our Power Guard Guarantee is simple. Your system produces at least what we say it will. And we sign a contract that says so.
Here is how this industry usually works. A company shows you a proposal, and the proposal is where the production numbers live. You decide based on those numbers. Then you sign a contract, and the numbers are not in it. The proposal made the promise. The contract never did. Unless you were leasing, nobody signed their name to your production.
Westhaven was one of the first companies to contractually bind itself to its production numbers on customer-owned systems, and to watch every system it installs. That is Power Guard: the number you decided on, in a signed document, with eyes on the data every day after.
With your usage steady and your system sized for it, you can be confident about what shows up on your true-up.
